We are seeking a dynamic and innovative

Product Development Engineer / Manager

to lead the design, development, and enhancement of analysers and instrumentation systems used in industrial process control and monitoring applications. This role involves managing product lifecycle activities from concept to commercialization, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of process analysers and instrumentation systems including gas analysers, liquid analysers, flow measurement, and other industrial sensing devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, marketing, and production) to define product specifications based on customer requirements and market trends. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews during the product development cycle. Apply principles of physics, chemistry, electronics, and software to design robust and accurate instrumentation solutions. Develop and validate prototypes, oversee testing, and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ATEX, IECEx, SIL, ISO). Manage documentation, including product specifications, technical manuals, and validation reports. Work with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective production. Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive technologies to continuously improve product offerings. Support sales and technical service teams with product training and high-level technical support.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
