Job Description

We are looking for a

young, driven, and technically strong Product Manager

to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products, including

Fortender

. This role is ideal for someone who understands how products are built, enjoys working closely with developers, and is excited about

AI-powered features and scalable cloud systems

You will act as the bridge between

business goals, user needs, and engineering execution

, ensuring we build the right features, in the right way, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the

product roadmap

, feature prioritization, and backlog Translate business requirements into

clear product specifications and user stories

Work closely with

MERN stack developers

to guide feature development Collaborate with engineers using

Python-based services and AI integrations

Support the design and rollout of

AI-assisted features and automation

Coordinate with technical teams on

AWS hosting, deployments, and scalability

Review technical implementations to ensure alignment with product vision Conduct

user research, feedback analysis, and feature validation

Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and KPIs Support testing, releases, and continuous product improvement
Technical Requirements

Solid understanding of the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

Working knowledge of

Python

for backend services or AI workflows Familiarity with

AWS services

(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.) Experience or strong interest in

AI-assisted coding tools and AI-driven features

Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical trade-offs Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based architectures
Product & Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to balance

technical depth with user experience and business value

Excellent communication and documentation skills Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a

fast-paced startup environment

Passion for technology, AI, and building impactful digital products
Experience & Profile

3-7 years of experience in

product management, technical product roles, or software development

Background in

Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

(preferred) Startup or SaaS experience is a plus Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow into a senior product role
