Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Ideation:

Design Development:

Transform conceptual ideas into tangible product designs, incorporating elements such as bottle design, packaging, and labeling.

Collaborate with external design agencies, freelancers, and in-house design teams to bring ideas to life.

Material and Technology Exploration:

Stay informed about the latest materials and technologies in the fragrance industry.

Evaluate and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and production techniques that align with the brand\'s image and budget.

Prototyping and Testing:

Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of product development to ensure designs meet quality standards and are feasible for production.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Liaise with various departments, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the design and production process.

Market Research:
