Job Brief:

As the Product Design and Development Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the design and development of AHU/FCU/CDU products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the AHU manufacturing industry, possessing a deep understanding of product design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. You will lead a team of engineers and designers, driving product innovation and ensuring that our HVAC products meet and exceed industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers in the development of AHU/FCU/CDU products, from concept to production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing, to define product specifications and requirements.

- Drive product innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Conduct research and development activities to improve product performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

- Oversee product testing and validation, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

- Manage product documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

- Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting in product customization and addressing customer inquiries.

- Work closely with suppliers to source materials and components, negotiating favorable terms and maintaining vendor relationships.

- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to HVAC products.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design and development within the AHU manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of AHU/FCU/CDU design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and other design tools.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Knowledge of HVAC industry regulations and standards.
