Job Description

We're Hiring: Product Coordinator - Gaming Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Support:

Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning, ordering, shipment tracking, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Liaise with:

Finance

for budget tracking, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.

Sales teams

to ensure products are distributed and sold according to allocation plans.

Logistics/Operations

to monitor and track global product shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain product and shipment tracking sheets, update internal databases, and ensure accurate documentation across systems.

Sales Analysis:

Monitor sell-through rates, flag underperforming SKUs, and support in preparing reports and insights to inform future product decisions.

Demand Forecasting:

Support demand planning and replenishment efforts by working closely with sales team.

Inventory Oversight:

Track inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse or and sales team to prevent stockouts or overstock.

Promotion & Launch Support:

Assist in coordinating marketing materials and launch assets with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of campaign components.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas to optimize workflows, reporting tools, and inter-departmental communication.

Requirements:

Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools). Strong

analytical skills

and attention to detail. Excellent

organizational and time management

abilities. Proven ability to

multitask and manage multiple priorities

in a deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal

communication skills

. Experience collaborating with

Finance

,

Logistics

, and

Sales

teams. Familiarity with

Microsoft 365

inventory management system is a plus. A passion for

gaming

and awareness on current trends is highly valued.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or operations role, ideally in gaming, consumer products, collectible merchandise
