Job Description

Responsible for orchestration of Product lifecycle management, Coordinate, track and drive completion of Product change management(PCM) activities with various stakeholders Drive improvement initiatives related to Product change management processes (or other supply chain related improvement projects) and governance with key stakeholders to reduce lead times, defects, and visibility Coordinate creation and maintenance of market master data, working with various stakeholders Develop metrics, reports and materials related to S&OP processes Drive assigned regional or global improvement initiatives and Global Supply chain, working with various stakeholders

Product change management (PCM) Proactively maintain, update and regularly track updates on Product lifecycle management tracking tool Coordinate and drive completion of activities with various stakeholders. Identify activities at risk and escalate as required Shared responsibility with Enabling Team Lead to identify ways to expedite Product change management PCM projects (when needed)

Improvement initiatives Drive progress on improvement initiatives by developing clear plans, owners and timelines Execute assigned activities related to improvement initiatives Coordinate and track completion of assigned initiatives Shared accountability with AMP Team Lead to identify initiatives to improve Product change management PCM, Master Data processes and governance

Key qualifications Relevant experience required in regulatory ideally in industries where it is required to align customer requirements with sales, marketing and finance: 2 to 5 years relevant experience Pharmaceutical experience / background is mandatory FMCG ( innovation/ renovation) experience is plus
