Job Description

Producer — SET TEAM (Contract) The Producer (SET TEAM) will work with the team's Production Managers, Technical Directors, and fellow Producers to make sure pre-production, production, and post-production run smoothly at all times across several events in the portfolio. Producer will also work with clients and stakeholders and ensure the overall success of the job(s). Role is a mix of remote work and on-site work as needed for specific projects.
Qualifications
Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & written
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of international live event, entertainment, live theater, touring concert and/or production experience at the producer level.
Past experience in the GCC area preferable, especially KSA, Dubai, Qatar, etc.
Computer skills: Macintosh OS or Window platform using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience using AirTable, or similar database and tracking software
Strong knowledge of international event industry and core event production elements, terms, and process
Able to work well remotely with various time zones as needed (often early morning calls given our client's location)
Be open to site surveys and some travel but will not have a primary project focused onsite role

Responsibilities
Evaluate various event approaches and discover efficiencies
Strategize, meet and devise plans with executives and core team members
Develop plan and strategize
Formulate strategy and direction
Play a key role in communications with all stakeholders and all departments
Oversee scheduling, all site drawings, site infrastructure plans and budgeting in conjunction with client.
Be responsible for team output, including accuracy and quality
Lead oversight and development of the event plan and decks
Strong project management and budget experience.
Ensure legal and contractual documents are correct
Provide outside view to the team for POV and reference
Guarantee communication paths are frequent and open
Enforce policies & procedures
Ensure that all work conforms to pre-established specifications & standards of glue.
Take initiative, multi-task, and work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Work with discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact in high-pressure settings.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency & act responsively.
Work independently as well as within a team environment.
Supremely organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
