ASTUDIO, an award winning, 360 digital creative agency and production house, is looking to employ a full time highly experienced Producer responsible for the operation of ASTUDIO video and photography production services. If you have a passion for high-end state of the art visual content creation, WE WANT YOU! We produce work across the middle east region as well as globally. Production is a complex business which effectively requires the setting up, running a substantially sized operation. Therefore, those who work as Producers (and indeed, throughout the production department) must be highly motivated, multi-tasking individuals, who have the creative vision, the business acumen, and the single-minded determination to do whatever it takes to see that the shoot is produced to the best of everyone's abilities. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner
• Responsible for all administrative control of ASTUDIO production including scheduling, client liaison, engagement of freelancers, locations, provision of facilities, quotations, budgets and billing
• Coordinate all the logistics vital to a successful shoot, such as flights, accommodation, ground transportation, props, models, permissions etc, as well as handling the cash on a day-to day level and organizing the location for the shoot to take place
• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective, quality driven and profitable
• Book appropriate levels of freelance staff so they are utilized as efficiently to make it as profitable as possible
• Manages pending against budget, controlling spending in relation to changes in production volumes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE
• Have substantial video and photography production background
• Bachelor degree in media production or related subjects
• Capable of managing production budget
• Understand the post production process
• Be good at juggling expectations and attitudes
