The Role and What You'll Do: We are seeking a Producer, Experiential to support several of 160over90's key accounts. This position will be responsible for the planning, project management and production of live experiential marketing events for several key clients. This position plays a key role from production brief to implementation, assuming the overall planning, execution and budgetary responsibility for each program. The perfect candidate must have above average communications and organizational skills and be solutions-oriented. They should pride themselves at being excellent in budget management, time management, multitasking, problem solving and leadership. Responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and maintaining the project scope, task timeline, operating budget, required staff/resources, and overall quality of the resulting deliverables.

The Producer, Experiential is a key role within the agency. You will sit within the project team leading projects, from pre-production through to onsite at live events. It's a mid-level role that sits in the heart of the team. You will lead projects, manage budgets and support a team on a daily basis. Each project will be different and may include experimental marketing, events or hybrid virtual events.

Candidates for this position will possess exceptional client-facing communication skills, project management and work team relations skills, value attention to detail, and be able to handle a large variety of activities and tasks within the world of experiential marketing, event marketing and execution.

The office environment is informal but highly professional, requiring high-quality work and individual initiative. Each staff member is part of the team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of activities - nothing should be beneath them.

Responsibilities (Project):

Own the budget & client management process, both internally and for the client

Create and keep up-to-date project budgets ensuring agreed margins remain in place until final payments are received and issued

Ensure that all production/project processes are completed to the highest standard, are accurate, to budget and on time

Lead weekly project team and client meetings

Assign and brief project team members on their roles and responsibilities in both pre-production and on site

Build teams based on the projects needs and outline clear roles and responsibilities for the team

Represent the agency to clients, suppliers, and guests in a positive and approachable manner

Have a willingness to be involved with pitch and presentation work for the new business or creative department

Actively seek new ways to improve on completing tasks quickly and sharing methods with the team

Build on your knowledge of our client's brand identities and what would and wouldn't work for each client

Liaise with client/ project teams to ensure a full and thorough flow of information between all parties

Support the New Business Team when creating budgets and proposals for pitch work, including being a confident presenter when needed

Confidently lead and influence clients on briefs, while managing expectations, maintaining constant communication, and developing excellent client relationships

Responsibilities (Production):

Have a good understanding of production and be able to lead an install

Ensure that contact sheets, agendas, status reports, production schedules etc. are compiled and send out pre and post meeting

Liaise with suppliers and external contractors in a positive and relationship building manner
