The Role On the back of a new business win, and in alignment with the evolution of the production landscape we are looking for people who have a rather unique skill set. Hogarth operates Production for Clients along two lines. One, a more traditional model where we outsource production to 3rd parties to execute. The other, where we act a a production company ourselves, making use of internal directing talent, or bringing in freelance talent. All of this work also needs to be seen through an increasingly digital & experiential lens. What we make needs to be fit for purpose for multiple platforms. The role will require a very close working relationship with a creative agency who will handle the ideation, but the Integrated Producer will be expected to advise on the work in development to ensure that

• we know how we will get it made

• what the Client is being sold is in alignment with their budget expectations.

• The best possible craft can be brough to the table

Candidates must be very comfortable dealing with Clients as well as Agency teams, as the role will require the ability to discuss, explain and problem solve across both groups. The Candidate will be expected to lead projects in their market, and work with the Regional production lead to bring in additional Producing resource as required. Reporting lines and key stakeholders This role reports to the Regional Production Lead on the business, and the Hogarth Business Lead in the Region. There will be a Global Leadership team as well who will be involved as needed for guidance and a point of escalation.
Requirements

• Strong production background. Candidates must have a deep knowledge of the production landscape in their market and be confident talking about how production gets executed. Knowledge of the latest production techniques and innovation in this area also important

• Experience in both Agency Production, and Production Company Production would be ideal, although this in not mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of the end to end post production process.

• Understanding of the social media landscape and best practice on relevant platforms a significant plus.

• Experience shooting food / table top work a significant plus.

• Confident in organising productions and managing the administration of these in terms of pre-production Shoots and post production. Must have ability to help pull together meeting decks and to run a team

• Highly disciplined. There will be multiple projects and timelines to work to. Ability to prioritise, manage workload and identify when additional support is needed is key

• Must be a champion of the craft of production, and must know what great and good look like in terms of production work.

• This person is a leader, and can take people on the journey with them. They will be used to the challenges of the production world and will be a good problem solver.

• Candidates must be a great people person. Knowledge of how production works is imperative. But knowledge of how people work is also key. Candidate will need to build excellent relationships with Agency and Client partner from the get go, and must be adept at doing so.

• Training on specific Hogarth systems will be given but candidate must be IT literate with a good command of excel. Word and powerpoint.
