Procurement management of raw materials, equipment and technical materials for production sites of the Holding.
Working with Russian and foreign suppliers (checking for reliability, collection of statutory documents, verification and signing of contracts,
Optimization of commercial conditions with suppliers, control.
Mutual settlements, control of observance of volumes of purchases, terms of shipment / delivery).
Search and evaluation of new suppliers of equipment and materials in according to technical requirements.
Implementation of full logistics and customs support for import.
Operations, as well as transport operations within the UAE and outside (by all means of transport).
Work with customs authorities, brokers, coordination
Supporting documents: Preparation of a package of documents for customs clearance (drafting and translation of specifications, preparation Invoices, acts and packing lists).
Preparation of documents upon request customs.

Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Impressive client\xe2\x80\x99s data base.
Fluent in English, Russian or other language is a plus.
Display good behavior, excellent manners, and a helping attitude.
Learn quickly and independently as possible.
Lead the project from idea to implementation and establish processes in a short time.
