Job Description
Real Estate Agent - Russian Speaker Only (FULL TIME JOB) : We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent (Russian Speaker Only) to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same Agency under. (Primary or Secondary markets).
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken English and Russian are a must.
- Arabic, French, or other languages are a plus.
- Must have valid UAE Driving License & own vehicle.
- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service.
- Ability to work independently with great dedication.
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude, and like to work as part of a team.
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Qualifying new leads, prospecting for buyers/ sellers leads, converting them to appointments.
- Regular contact with owners regarding the leasing or selling process.
- Handling inquiries from owners and prospective tenants/buyers.
- Conducting viewings.
- Area specialist within your assigned community.
- Determining clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Cold calling and warm callings.
- Full Induction course covering Real Estate and how to become a successful agent from Experts in the field.
- Ongoing training, development, and mentoring.
