Job Description
Preparation of Costing for piping, electrical and instrumentation items. Purchase of Valves. Prepare RFQ and float to various vendors depending upon the MR or BOQ for the project. Understanding customer requirement by studying customer specification and to optimize cost and provide Customer satisfaction Worked within applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment. Prepare Purchase order for the company depending on the material and project requirement. Planning logistics arrangement and support to get the material on time as per the project requirements Discuss the payment terms and negotiation with different vendors to get the best price from the market. Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting on purchase and project details Experience in ISO 9001, API 6D, API 600, & API Q1 audits. Make datasheets and costing sheets for the products for easier comparison to management and superiors Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
