Role and Responsibilities

A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a talented Procurement Senior Specialist in our finance team who will be responsible to Implement and maintain a structured approach to current and prospective procurement management including management of a centralized vendor database, sourcing process, E-Procurement (BQMS, VERS), and set up of vendor performance evaluation. They will also manage an effective and efficient end-to-end procurement management process.

Skills and Qualifications

How You Will Make An Impact Daily/Weekly/Monthly Procurement Operation & Management Enhance operational excellence such as Procurement database implementation to develop analysis tools Procurement system regular training for internal customers and vendors Process guidance and communication with stakeholders Cheil Procurement process management Vendor qualification process management for new vendors and regular clearing/mapping for existing vendors Regular Procurement Internal Audit Regular reporting and business analysis

What YouaEUR(TM)ll Need BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Business management, CIPS certificate is preferred 2 - 4 years of working experience in Procurement Management Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects Self-motivated and being able to work under minimum supervision Ability to work under time pressure Have good reporting and data analysis skills Ability to read, analyse, and interpret reports, data and studies. Ability to effectively present information to top management. Excel & MS Office knowledge
