is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Procurement Officer

to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Eligibility Requirement

Only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role in accordance with Saudization program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare purchase orders, obtain quotations, and verify pricing accuracy Track material deliveries and follow up on lead times to support project deadlines Coordinate with project, technical, and finance teams for procurement needs Review and verify supplier invoices and delivery documentation Maintain updated procurement logs, supplier lists, and material trackers Ensure procurement compliance with project specifications and company processes Support cost comparison analysis and prepare procurement reports for management Handle communication with local and international vendors as required

Qualifications

Saudi National - required as part of Saudization compliance

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Minimum

2-4 years experience

in procurement (preferably in construction, contracting, or fit-out) Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor coordination skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiar with purchase orders, quotations, material submittals, and basic logistics Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in procurement for

finishes, materials, or fit-out works

Knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor evaluation Immediate joiners highly preferred
