Key Responsibilities
Manage the full accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor project costing, cashflow, and budgeting Ensure compliance with ZATCA, VAT filings, WHT, and internal financial controls Verify supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and cost allocations Coordinate with management and external auditors Support financial planning, analysis, and project reporting
Qualifications
Saudi National - required as part of Saudization compliance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum5+ years of accounting experience
, ideally in construction, contracting, or fit-out Strong understanding of Saudi tax regulations, ZATCA, VAT, and WHT Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skillsPreferred
Experience in
cost control
orproject-based accounting
Background inarchitectural finishes/fit-out industry
