A leading company specializing in
architectural fit-out and high-end special finishes
is seeking a dedicated and organized
Human Resources Officer
to support our HR operations in Saudi Arabia.
Eligibility Requirement
Only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role in accordance with Saudization program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Prepare job postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers
Handle employee records, contracts, HR letters, and personnel files
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management
Support HR policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations
Coordinate with government platforms (GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, etc.)
Manage medical insurance processes, renewals, and employee updates
Participate in performance evaluations, training coordination, and HR reporting
Ensure all HR operations run smoothly and in accordance with company procedures
Qualifications
Saudi National - required as part of Saudization compliance
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum
2-4 years experience
in HR (preferably in construction, contracting, or project-based environments)
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR administrative practices
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience working with HR platforms: Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Taqat, etc.
Background in construction or technical contracting companies
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
