Receive, inspect, and store IT / ELV materials, equipment, and accessories.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
Issue materials to technicians/projects as per approved requests.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Prepare purchase requests, follow up with suppliers, and track deliveries.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of IT / ELV items.
Maintain documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and stock reports.
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare inventory reports and records.
Communicate professionally via email with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Support logistics and transportation activities when required.
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience in UAE
as a Store Keeper or Procurement professional in an
IT / ELV company
.
Strong knowledge of
IT / ELV materials, tools, and equipment
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
at a professional level.
Professional level of English
(spoken and written).
Valid Driving License (D/L)
is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to join immediately.
