We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Procurement Officer
to join our Joinery division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials specific to woodworking, carpentry, and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure raw materials (e.g., timber, MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, etc.)
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
Coordinate with production, design, and project teams for material requirements
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards
