Job Summary

:

We are seeking experienced Procurement Officers with expertise in either

fit-out

or

joinery

sectors. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, managing vendor relations, and ensuring cost-effective procurement in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage the full procurement cycle for materials and services related to

fit-out or joinery projects.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Develop and maintain vendor databases, sourcing locally and internationally when needed. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast material needs. Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and timelines. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including PO tracking, reports, and delivery confirmations.

Requirements

:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of UAE procurement experience

in

fit-out

or

joinery

industry (at least one of the two). Strong knowledge of industry-specific materials, technical specs, and market prices. Familiarity with sourcing processes and vendor management in the UAE.

Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

:

Knowledge of UAE market and local regulations.

Previous experience working in industrial or commercial interior projects.
