To support the Procurement Department in executing effective procurement processes by coordinating with internal stakeholders and international suppliers spread across USA, Europe, Japan and Asia. The role ensures best-value procurement of goods, services, and works while maintaining compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, collection, and evaluation of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs from suppliers and clients.
Support tender analysis and provide recommendations for contract and supplier awards.
Participate in contract preparation to ensure an optimal balance of cost, quality, and service delivery.
Manage assigned purchase orders and contracts, monitoring benchmarks, quality standards, and service levels.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure contractual and policy compliance.
Assist in sourcing new suppliers and identifying improved procurement methods and practices.
Support the preparation of forward procurement plans and workload schedules.
Contribute to departmental projects and prepare timely reports as required.
Assist in implementing innovative procurement practices, new policies, and legislative requirements.
Ensure adherence to the Company's Code of Ethics, data protection, financial regulations, and health and safety policies.
