Procurement Officer – Electrical Switchgear & Contracting
Job Description
Responsible for procurement of electrical spare parts, switchgear components, panels, cables, breakers, relays, and maintenance materials.
Handles RFQs, vendor negotiation, purchase orders, and timely delivery to support electrical maintenance and service operations.
Key Duties:
Source electrical materials and switchgear spares
Coordinate with maintenance & technical teams
Manage suppliers, pricing, and delivery schedules
Ensure material compliance with specifications and standards
Monitor stock and avoid downtime due to material shortages
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical or related field
2-4 years experience in electrical maintenance or switchgear industry
Good knowledge of LV/MV switchgear components
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR300.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
