Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
procurement activities
for civil construction projects.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with
suppliers and subcontractors
in the UAE.
Prepare and issue
RFQs, LPOs, and purchase orders
.
Ensure materials comply with
project specifications, BOQs, and approvals
.
Coordinate with
engineering, site, and QS teams
to meet project timelines.
Monitor delivery schedules and resolve
supply or quality issues
.
Maintain accurate
procurement records, cost comparisons, and reports
.
Ensure compliance with
company policies and contract requirements
.
Key Requirements & Skills
3-5 years of UAE experience
in procurement for civil construction projects.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Civil Engineering
.
Strong knowledge of
civil materials, suppliers, and UAE market pricing
.
Experience handling
vendors, negotiations, and cost control
.
Proficient in
MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems
.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
roads, infrastructure, utilities, or building projects
.
Familiarity with
local UAE suppliers and authority-approved materials
.
Knowledge of
contract terms and procurement best practices
.
