Business Development Officer With A Civil Engineering Background
Job Description
A well-established construction company is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) with a civil engineering background to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure G+1 and G+4 construction projects.
Source and develop leads for small to mid-sized civil projects (e.g., villas, warehouses, boundary walls, renovations).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government entities.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals in line with client needs.
Track industry trends and tender opportunities to expand the company's project portfolio.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in business development in the construction sector.
Must be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
Strong network within the construction industry.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
