Procurement Officer – Automobile (uae Experience)

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Procurement Officer for our automotive division. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience in the automobile industry, preferably within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for auto spare parts and materials. Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor and manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information. Coordinate with the store, technical, and finance teams for inventory requirements. Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and maintain strong supplier relationships. Assist in inventory forecasting and ensure minimum/maximum stock levels are met. Ensure procurement processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the automobile industry in UAE. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, suppliers, and brands. UAE experience mandatory. Good computer skills (MS Office, inventory/procurement software). Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
