Key Responsibilities

Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in steel products and fabrication.

Strong knowledge of steel grades, fabrication materials, and industry standards.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement software

Develop and implement procurement strategies for steel products, raw materials, and fabrication services.

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure the best value without compromising quality and timelines.

Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and delivery follow-ups.

Monitor market trends in steel and raw materials, including price fluctuations, to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to forecast demand and ensure timely supply of materials.

Ensure compliance with company policies, budget requirements, and procurement best practices.

Implement inventory control measures to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Prepare and maintain procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance evaluations.

Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and vendor management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
