A leading signage manufacturing company in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Procurement Manager
to lead purchasing and supply chain operations. The role requires extensive experience in sourcing signage materials, building strong vendor partnerships, and streamlining procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company and project objectives.
Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers for signage materials (ACP, acrylic, vinyl, LEDs, steel, printing supplies, etc.).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable vendors and contractors.
Manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory to prevent material shortages.
Drive cost efficiency while ensuring quality standards and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to anticipate and plan material requirements.
Monitor vendor performance and enforce quality and compliance standards.
Oversee import documentation, customs clearance, and logistics where applicable.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, safety protocols, and UAE regulations.
Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular management reports.
Candidate Requirements
8-10 years of proven procurement experience within the signage or advertising industry.
Strong knowledge of signage materials, suppliers, and fabrication requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software (preferred).
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
