Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier identification to order fulfillment
• Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings
• Ensure compliance with Marriott International procurement guidelines
• Coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs
• Monitor stock levels and minimize over-ordering or shortages
• Validate the quality of received items and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain detailed procurement records for audit and compliance

Governance & Standards

• Promote transparent and ethical procurement practices
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with local and international policies
• Maintain updated supplier agreements and cost logs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, or Hospitality Management
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement within the hospitality sector
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with inventory and procurement software
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
