About the team Responsible for optimizing the procurement management of TikTok, including developing procurement strategy, managing procurement risks, coordinating supplier management and designing procurement systems. This role builds on a highly collaborative, analytical, creative, and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a talent with strong analysis skills to analyze and optimize complex situations. He or she also should be a selfmotivated and result driven person. Additionally, the candidate is expected to be a strong communicator and influencer, with the ability to cooperate with concisely and effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive innovation and changes. Responsibilities
Partner with EMEA Regional and Global Marketing teams to develop sourcing strategy across multiple sub-categories, including Media buying, Creative & Video Production, Social and PR communication, Events etc.
Lead continual improvement and innovation in company compliance, supplier management, sourcing process optimization and purchasing efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency, accountability for flawless and professional execution of strategies and timely resolution of issues
Lead and manage key internal and external procurement relationships regionally
Qualifications Qualification
BA/MA or equivalent experience
English communication skills (oral and written)
5 years+ experience in the procurement field (Marketing-related experience is preferred) through which you demonstrated the ability to: Develop sourcing strategies, lead commercial tactics such as negotiation and competitive bidding, manage supplier relationships, influence leadership/peers to drive business value)
Detail oriented and self-motivated
Problem-solving and independent thinking
Data-driven and quantitative analysis skills
