We are looking for a Procurement Manager - Marketing category focused.
This role builds on a highly collaborative, analytical, creative and fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills to analyse and optimise complex situations. The successful candidate is self-motivated and result driven. Additionally, the candidate is expected to be a strong communicator and influencer with the ability to cooperate effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive innovation and change.
Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the EMEA regional and global Marketing teams to develop sourcing strategy across multiple sub-categories including media buying, creative & video production, events, social and PR communication.
  • Lead continual improvement, optimisation and innovation within company compliance, supplier management, sourcing and purchasing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency, strategy execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead and manage key internal and external procurement relationships regionally.
  • Perform other projects and tasks as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master Degree/ MBA preferred.
  • English speaking is a must
. 5 years+ experience in the procurement field (Marketing-related experience is preferred) through which you demonstrated the ability to: Develop sourcing strategies, lead commercial tactics such as negotiation and competitive bidding, Manage supplier relationships, Influence leadership/peers to drive business value.
  • Focus on details and self-motivated, having a can-do attitude with a propensity toward acting with a sense of urgency
  • Problem-solving and independent thinking
  • Data-driven or quantitative analysis skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication in English.
