Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Analyze market trends to forecast supply and pricing trends.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet supply needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance.
Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance and training as needed.
