About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven

Procurement Manager

with a strong background in

block and concrete manufacturing

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

10+ years of procurement expertise

in construction or heavy manufacturing, with a deep understanding of GCC supply chains, supplier networks, and cost-optimization strategies.

This role requires a

proven leader

with high ethical standards, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement operations while ensuring transparency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies to support production and project timelines. Source and manage suppliers for raw materials (cement, aggregates, additives), equipment, and logistics. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize cost efficiency without compromising quality. Build and maintain a

strong supplier network

(local and international) for concrete/block manufacturing. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks; implement mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and UAE regulations. Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs. Lead a procurement team, driving performance, accountability, and process improvements.

Requirements:

10+ years in procurement

, with at least

5 years in block/concrete manufacturing or heavy construction

.

GCC experience is mandatory

(UAE/Dubai market knowledge preferred). Established relationships with suppliers of raw materials, machinery, and construction services. Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (MBA is a plus).
