We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Procurement Manager - Aluminum & Facade Systems
to join our growing team in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee the complete procurement lifecycle for facade projects, including vendor sourcing, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and timely material delivery.
This position requires deep technical knowledge of
aluminum profiles, cladding, glazing, and facade accessories
, along with the ability to strategically align procurement activities with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy
Develop and implement
effective sourcing and procurement strategies
for aluminum and facade materials.
Monitor
market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
to optimize cost efficiency and material availability.
Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard
local and international suppliers
.
Build and maintain
strong vendor relationships
through ongoing performance reviews and communication.
Establish long-term
strategic partnerships
to ensure supply continuity and reliability.
Tendering & Cost Analysis
Prepare and issue
RFQs
, review technical and commercial proposals, and conduct comparative evaluations.
Optimize costs for key facade materials, including:
Aluminum profiles & extrusions
Glass (tempered, laminated, DGU)
Cladding systems (ACP, GRC, HPL, etc.)
Brackets, anchors, fasteners, gaskets, and sealants
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate closely with
engineering, design, and project management
teams to ensure alignment on material specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Inventory & Logistics
Track
inventory levels
and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
Manage
international logistics and shipping
processes in compliance with Incoterms and import/export regulations.
Contract Management
Negotiate
pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions
with suppliers.
Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts to ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE laws.
Risk & Compliance
Identify procurement-related
risks
such as delays, cost overruns, or non-conformance, and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with
corporate policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements
.
Reporting & Cost Tracking
Monitor
procurement budgets
