We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Procurement Manager
specializing in
Aluminum and Facade Systems
to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will oversee the complete procurement cycle--from supplier identification and negotiation to purchase and delivery--ensuring materials and subcontracted services meet quality standards, project specifications, and deadlines, all while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to aluminum and facade systems projects.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with both local and international suppliers and vendors.
Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), analyze quotations, and perform cost comparisons for major facade components such as aluminum profiles, cladding, glass, brackets, and fasteners.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project teams to clarify material requirements and technical specifications.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely delivery to ensure project schedules are met.
Manage procurement budgets, track cost savings, and improve sourcing processes for maximum efficiency.
Ensure all procured materials comply with relevant project specifications, quality standards, and certifications.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships; conduct performance evaluations and manage vendor scorecards.
Oversee contract management, including payment terms, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
Coordinate logistics and shipping to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks and ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5 to 10 years of proven procurement experience within the facade, aluminum, or architectural systems sectors.
Deep knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding materials, glazing accessories, and related technical specifications.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a demonstrated ability to reduce costs and improve terms.
Familiarity with international procurement practices, Incoterms, and global logistics.
Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
