Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented

Procurement Manager - Aluminum & Facade Systems

to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle, from vendor sourcing and negotiation to the timely delivery of materials and subcontract services. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in facade systems procurement, including aluminum profiles, cladding, glazing, and accessories, with a strong ability to align procurement strategies with project timelines and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to facade and aluminum systems to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.

Supplier Management:

Identify, qualify, and evaluate both

local and international

vendors. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through performance monitoring and strategic partnerships.

Tendering & Cost Analysis:

Issue RFQs, review technical and commercial offers, conduct comparative evaluations, and support

cost optimization

for key materials such as:

Aluminum profiles & extrusions Glass (tempered, laminated, double glazing) Cladding systems (ACP, GRC, HPL) Brackets, anchors, fasteners, gaskets, sealants

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to align material specifications, lead times, and site delivery schedules.

Inventory & Logistics:

Track inventory levels and ensure

on-time delivery

of facade materials to meet project milestones. Coordinate logistics and shipping for international orders based on Incoterms.

Contract Management:

Negotiate payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions. Manage supplier agreements and ensure contractual compliance.

Risk & Compliance:

Proactively identify risks related to procurement delays, cost overruns, or non-compliance. Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

Reporting & Cost Tracking:

Monitor procurement budgets, prepare cost savings reports, and maintain up-to-date procurement records using ERP systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

10-15 years of proven procurement experience, preferably in

facade, aluminum systems, or architectural cladding industries

.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of curtain wall systems, glazing materials, structural framing, and fabrication standards.

Systems Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with

ERP tools

(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:
