Functional:
- Leads a complete end to end Procurement services for assigned spend categories (FM, Projects, Administration, General Services)
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:

- Minimum - bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent degree / Masters is a plus
- CIPS / equivalent accreditation
- Project Management accreditation
Previous experience:
- A minimum of 10 Years experience in Procurement and supply chain related position
- Advanced knowledge of building construction and Facilities Management
- Advanced knowledge of Project management
- Previous experience in E-Procurement solutions & tools
