  • What you will be doing:
Procurement:

- Draft the procurement plan including needed quantities, methods of supply, estimated costs, delivery requirements and schedule, and expected cash allocation, and supervise implementation.

- Proactively mitigating risks that might cause deviations from procurement plans.

- Provides management information and insights on all dimensions of work area performance to facilitate discussion and decision making, both on a periodic basis and for ad-hoc management requests.

- Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.

- Conduct sourcing, including collection of quotations from suppliers through to evaluation and selection by considering supplier availability, past performance, capability, experience, and ability to meet delivery schedules and quality requirements.

- Prepare an accurate and up-to-date supplier list, ensuring that all listed suppliers have passed the developed evaluation criteria.

- Seeks opportunities to expand the supplier base and drive cost reduction initiatives; strong negotiations skills required.

- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, quotations, sample for any new or existing orders.

- Preparing commercial documents (cost estimates, quotations, bills of quantities, P.O., etc.)

- Manage deliveries to sites and clients.

- Assisting technical staff with various project tasks .

Logistics:

- Monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries for office consumables - stationery & pantry supplies.

- Create internal department transfers in company system.

- Assist with monthly warehouse inventory audits.

- Ensure proper posting and allocation of purchase orders in ERP with supporting documentation as per procurement policy of the company.

- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.

- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
  • What you need to have:
- Relevant education degree, 3+ years of procurement experience

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and web searching

- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize

- Passionate about delivering excellent service

- Strong negotiation skills

- Fluent in English

- Willing to relocate to Fujairah- UAE
