Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player & Proactive \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English language

- We are looking for an experienced Purchase Expert with 3-5 years of experience for our company who is currently residing in UAE & can join immediately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication & interpersonal skills are a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should possess sound knowledge in trading of engineering goods. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with the supplier and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled. \xe2\x80\xa2 Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies \xe2\x80\xa2 Send the enquiries to supplier to get the lowest quote. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce reports, presentations and briefs Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing the Po\xe2\x80\x99s and coordinating the procurement process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build supplier relationship and correspondence through emails & calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be aware of the complete process of shipment and logistics.
