We are seeking a highly motivated
Procurement Executive
with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in thechemical or paint manufacturing industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, especially chemicals used in paint production, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with the factory's production needs.Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure
raw materials and chemicals
required for paint manufacturing. Identify and evaluatelocal and international suppliers
; negotiate pricing and terms. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks. Collaborate with the production, R&D, and quality departments for material requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and local import/export regulations. Manage procurement documentation and update ERP systems accordingly.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.2-3 years of procurement experience
in thechemical or paint industry
is mandatory. Knowledge ofchemical sourcing
, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and logistics. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Familiarity withUAE regulations
and import documentation is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (ERP systems preferred).Benefits:
