Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Procurement Executive

to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for raw materials and equipment used in fiberglass and chemical production. The candidate must be capable of negotiating effectively and maintaining optimal inventory levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials (especially for GRP and chemical-based products). Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors both locally and internationally. Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and production departments for procurement planning. Analyze market trends and supplier offers to secure the most cost-effective deals. Process purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure accurate documentation. Evaluate supplier performance regularly and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with accounts and logistics for invoice processing and delivery tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in procurement processes.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the

fiberglass / GRP / chemical industry

. Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software. Excellent communication skills in English. Immediate joiner preferred.
