We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Procurement Executive
to manage purchasing and sourcing activities related to
plumbing and building materials
. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of MEP/plumbing materials, vendor management, and local as well as international sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and source reliable suppliers for plumbing and MEP materials
Prepare and issue purchase orders as per project and stock requirements
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms with suppliers
Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
Collaborate with the sales and warehouse team to manage stock levels
Track market trends to forecast future procurement needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in
building materials/plumbing
field
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills in
English
and
Hindi
Preferred:
UAE experience in the construction/building materials industry
