Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Procurement Executive

to join our team, specializing in the procurement of materials and services for

ADNOC and other Oil & Gas sector projects

. The ideal candidate should have at least

4 years of relevant experience

and possess strong knowledge of ADNOC project requirements, excellent sourcing skills in the Oil & Gas industry, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete procurement cycle for ADNOC and other Oil & Gas projects. Identify and develop reliable local and international suppliers to meet project requirements. Review and interpret project specifications, material requirements, and technical documents. Negotiate with vendors to ensure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality compliance. Coordinate closely with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Logistics) to ensure timely material availability. Maintain up-to-date records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and market trends. Ensure all procurement processes comply with ADNOC standards and client requirements. Evaluate supplier quotations to ensure alignment with project budgets and technical specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree

in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum

4 years of experience

in procurement, preferably in the

Oil & Gas sector and ADNOC projects Trading

. Strong knowledge of

ADNOC project supply requirements

. Good understanding of

local and international sourcing

for Oil & Gas materials and equipment. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement software. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
