We are looking for a highly skilled

Procurement Engineer

or

Procurement Professional

with a minimum of

5 years of hands-on procurement experience

in a technical, industrial, or engineering-based environment. The role requires strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, bidding, evaluation, and contracting. Work closely with engineering, operations, and planning teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term value. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve optimal cost savings and mitigate risk. Ensure all materials and services meet required specifications and compliance standards. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records for audits and reporting. Monitor market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement (engineering, industrial, or project-based procurement preferred). Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
