Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine material needs.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues (quality, delivery, disputes).
Prepare RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
Compare bids and create bid analysis reports.
Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets and timelines.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams for approvals and clarifications.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documents per company policies.
Track procurement status and generate progress reports for management.
Assist in cost control, forecasting, and procurement-related risk management.
