Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control procurement documentation, contracts, and records.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure accurate document flow.
Maintain up-to-date logs and filing systems (electronic & hard copies).
Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
Support procurement team with document preparation, submission, and archiving.
Requirements:
UAE construction industry experience is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Document Controller in procurement or related field.
Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
