We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Document Controller to join our Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry, ensuring the proper management and organization of procurement documents for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and organize all procurement-related documents, including contracts, purchase orders, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and invoices. Ensure timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and archiving of procurement documents both electronically and physically. Maintain up-to-date records of procurement documents and ensure they are easily accessible to authorized personnel. Coordinate with various departments (Procurement, Finance, Engineering) to ensure all documents are up-to-date and compliant with company and industry standards. Review and verify that all procurement documents are complete, accurate, and properly signed. Assist in preparing and maintaining reports for procurement activities and document management. Control the flow of information between procurement and other departments, ensuring proper documentation for project tracking and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations related to document control and procurement. Assist in organizing document reviews, revisions, and approvals for procurement projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, ideally within the procurement department of the construction industry. Strong knowledge of document management systems and document control processes. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of construction industry standards and procurement-related documentation. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
