A successful Procurement Director should have:

• 10-15 years of solid end-to-end procurement and experience across directs and indirect categories , ideally within FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving procurement strategy, team performance, and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage both direct and indirect spend categories with measurable impact.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and building strong vendor partnerships.
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• A transformational leader passionate about mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement.
