Job Overview

• Lead procurement and supply chain audits, including tendering, vendor selection, and contract evaluations
• Develop risk-based audit plans targeting high-risk procurement categories and vendor activities
• Assess purchase orders, GRNs, requisitions, and daily operations for irregularities or fraud
• Review supplier contracts, service agreements, and MOUs for fairness, risk allocation, and compliance
• Identify procurement control gaps and test segregation of duties, approval workflows, and ERP system access
• Perform fraud risk assessments including detection of collusion, kickbacks, and phantom vendors
• Monitor and report on contract compliance, supplier performance, and financial exposure
• Deliver clear audit findings and actionable recommendations to senior management
• Ensure alignment with financial regulations, procurement standards, and statutory obligations
• Support improvements in procurement governance, internal policy compliance, and value-for-money initiatives

Job Requirements
Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CIPS are highly preferred

Experience

• Minimum 10 years in procurement audit, internal audit, or supply chain oversight within construction, MEP, or FM environments
• Hands-on experience with ERP procurement modules and audit trail analysis

Skills

• Expert knowledge of procurement processes, contract lifecycle, and vendor risk
• Strong analytical, investigative, and financial assessment capabilities
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in audit tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP platforms
