Role Summary
The Enterprise Risk Manager will lead the implementation of DP World's ERM framework across global units, ensuring proactive risk identification, robust controls, and alignment with international standards like ISO 31000 and COSO. The position involves engagement across business units to promote risk awareness, support self-assessment processes, and deliver impactful risk reporting to leadership.
What You'll Do

• Implement DP World's ERM policy and frameworks across business units and functions
• Maintain and review risk registers, support quarterly monitoring with risk champions
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and conduct regular thematic risk analysis
• Deliver risk dashboards and insights for senior leadership across the Group
• Review control measures and advise on mitigation strategies for high-priority risks
• Oversee rollout of annual risk and internal control self-assessments
• Enhance the enterprise risk system and reporting tools for global usage
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to ensure risk appetite alignment
• Provide ERM training and awareness sessions across different organizational levels
• Monitor and update risk categories to reflect evolving global threats
• Support ad hoc risk assessments and serve as a trusted internal advisor on risk

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree required; risk or business-related fields preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise risk management, preferably in logistics or large multinational organizations
• Hands-on experience with ERM frameworks, ISO 31000, and COSO standards
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; experience producing risk reports
• Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong command of English, written and spoken
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at influencing senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working with global teams across time zones and cultures
