Job Description
The Junior Procurement Officer supports the sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services for real estate projects. The role ensures timely procurement, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes. Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries. Maintain procurement records and databases. Support vendor evaluations and contract processes. Coordinate with site and finance teams on orders and payments. Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.
Requirements:
Good English Communication Skills. Up to 2 years' procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction. Good negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
